Staff at the Westlake Senior and Community Services Center distributed free hot meals to Westlake seniors on Tuesday, Sept. 1, as part of an area-wide effort initiated by the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, which offers nutrition program services among other services geared to serve the 60-plus population in Northeast Ohio. Gordan Food Services donated 80 meals of Sloppy Joes, vegetables and rolls. Staff said it likely will take coordinate more meal distributions with WRAAA in the future.
