Crushers Announce Return of Cleveland Sports Legends Game

Joe Thomas Added to Legends Game Lineup

The Lake Erie Crushers, presented by Mercy, announced this week that former Cleveland Browns, Joe Thomas, will be participating in the Cleveland Sports Legends Softball Game, Sat., June 23 at Sprenger Health Care Stadium. Thomas, who retired following the 2017 season, will make an appearance at the VIP Meet & Greet and will play in the game.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have Joe Thomas join us for the Legends game,” stated Crushers Co-Owner Tom Kramig.

“I’m really looking forward to participating in the Crushers Legends Game in June,” stated Thomas.

Joining Thomas for the Sports Legends game will be former Browns Running Back, Kevin Mack, former Cleveland Cavaliers, Mark Price and Austin Carr, former Cleveland Indians, Len Barker and Joe Charboneau and former New England Patriot, Super Bowl Champion and ESPN Cleveland Radio host Je’Rod Cherry.

The game will start at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday June 23 at Sprenger Health Care Stadium. Gates open at 6 p.m.
