On the Road Again
An intoxicated 55-yearold Westlake man was arrested for Walking on the Highway Under the Influence on April 1 at 3:41PM. Note that “Highway” refers not to I90, but to the public right of way on any street or sidewalk. A Service Dept. worker observed him fall down repeatedly as he walked along Marshfield Blvd. It’s a ‘highway,’ not a ‘high’way!
A 22-year-old North Olmsted man and a 39-year-old Westlake man got into a Hilliard Blvd. traffic altercation on April 1 at 4:54PM. The City Prosecutor will sort it all out.
