An exuberant Chef Anthony Martorello is extremely honored to be showing off the latest of awards for Bistro 83! In addition to being recognized for their buttery, seared scallops, paired with creamy risotto, smoked portabellas, grape tomatoes, bacon and red wine-tomato broth as a dish worthy of a 4-star menu, the noteworthy accreditation further affirms the this one-year young restaurant has the competitive edge to go head to head with anyone out there!

 

Best of the West 2014 Finalist

Bistro 83 was in attendance at the Best of the West at LaCentre where hundreds of guests came to vote for their favorite local businesses. Bistro 83, showcased as a West Side favorite, came dressed to impress. General Manager Jeremy Kavc and Chef Anthony Martorello represented with a display of some of the finest wines on their exquisite wine list and a food sampling that was quite impressive. Bistro 83 hits the high notes you expect from the best in fine-dining.

 

Mother’s Day

We celebrate Mother’s Day in order to show our mom’s how important they are to us. They enrich our lives with their presence and add meaning and beauty to it. Mothers take care of nourishing both the body and the soul. Bistro 83 invites you to our home this Mother’s Day to share in the celebration of all that our mothers have done for us. In addition to our Dinner menu, Chef Tony Martorello is conceptualizing three special editions that will be sure to delight.
