Spreading Christmas Joy

What the Cupcakes, 36795 Detroit Rd. in Avon will be hosting a Kids Gingerbread House Day on Sat., Nov. 30, 5 – 7 p.m. Cost is $5 to make a gingerbread house. Please register by phone or in person, 440-695-1098

One dollar per child will buy a stocking to donate to Operation Give Back. What the Cupcakes is happy to be part of this wonderful community outreach. They encourage people to donate stockings and candy canes for the kids in need.

Bradley Armstrong, owner of Toad Fitness, is in charge of Operation Give Back. Volunteers will be going door to door giving out Christmas stockings and candy canes in developments such as Wilkes Ville, Ely Village and South Park Village.

Please help!!  They are looking for sponsors, volunteers, cash donations and donations of Candy Canes and Christmas Stockings. Anything else you would like to donate for this year’s operation will also be greatly appreciated. Last year they were able to give out 400 stockings!
