Food Trucks Battle at Crocker Park

Join Celebrity Judges from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. to Vote on Your Favorite Food Trucks

Crocker Park will serve up a day of fierce competition and unforgettable flavors as the eleventh annual Food Truck Challenge, presented by Ohio Basement Authority with support from auto sponsor Valley Automotive Group, rolls into town on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Main Street will transform into a foodie paradise as some of Cleveland’s most popular food trucks go head-to-head for top honors in a variety of “best of” categories, with winners selected by both a panel of judges and event guests.

There will be live music provided by The Scenic Route, kid-friendly activities, plus the main attraction 20+ food trucks on site. Event attendees are invited pick up a ballot, try as many dishes from as many trucks as they’d like (and can) , and submit their votes by 2:45 p.m. Food trucks will compete in the following categories:

  • Smokin’ Hot (Best BBQ/Smoked Dish)
  • The Sweetest Thing
  • Drinkable Delight
  • Instagrammable Eat (Most Photogenic)
  • Best Plant-Based
  • Kid’s Approved
  • Show Stopping Side
  • Luxe on Wheels (The fanciest bite)
  • Outside the Box (Most Unique)
  • People’s Choice Award
  • Judge’s Pick

“The Food Truck Challenge has become a true Crocker Park tradition and one of our favorite ways to celebrate the incredible local businesses that make Northeast Ohio so unique,” said Stacie Schmidt, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Stark Enterprises. “While the competition is always exciting, what makes this event special is bringing the community together to support small business owners, discover new favorites, and enjoy a day at Crocker Park. If you haven’t visited in a while, this is the perfect opportunity to see what’s new, with exciting additions like Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister arriving this fall and MINISO that just opened.”

Winners will be announced at approximately 3:15 p.m. Guests can stop by the judge’s tent to meet this year’s celebrity judges, including Westlake Mayor Dennis Clough, Channel 19’s Tiffani Tucker, Cleveland Magazine’s Annie Nickoloff, Westlake Councilperson Amy Havelka, Alex Nameth of CLE Girls, WEWS Reporter Remi Murray and additional special guests to be announced. The final food truck lineup will be released closer to the event date. All competitor spots are currently filled.
