February Food Drive

Westlake is fortunate to have so many generous, giving people in our community! Thank you to the fine individuals at Ground Effects of Westlake for helping to support people in need last week through their food drive at the Westlake Community Services Center.

Ground Effects of Westlake held a food drive at the Westlake Community Center on Feb. 16 as to give back to the community! Special thanks to Amber Hackney and Justine Strecker for organizing the drive and delivering the food and to Ground Effects Plant Manager Randy Gegen! #ThankYou #WestlakeCommunity

Tailgate Party!

Superbowl Feb 10! All got ready for football came to tailgate as Westlake Community Services celebrated with a party of their own. First, they had their own little friendly football inspired interactive team trivia competition followed by lunch, served as patrons helped choose the “Soup”er Bowl champ!

The menu featured a duo of soups created by their own Chef Garret, as well as bread and a football themed dessert. Then, everyone enjoyed a fan favorite football film, “Remember the Titans.” Dessert was sponsored by Brookdale Westlake Village and Door Prizes were provided by ABC of Grafton and Holy Family Hospice.
