After months of diligent planning and excitement, Champion Creek Health & Rehabilitation hosted its Grand Open House at its new facility in Medina County on July 17th!

Hundreds of guests enjoyed entertainment, explored this Foundation’s Health Care facility, and indulged in delicious food catered by their own Foundations Health Dining Services Directors.
