Services are available regardless of where patients receive treatment. Mercy Cancer Center is now affiliated with University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center.

FREE COMMUNITY cancer/health SCREENING
Mercy Cancer Center will sponsor a free cancer/health screening Saturday, November 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the center, 41201 Schaden Road, Elyria. Screenings will include Prostate (exam & PSA), Skin, Bone Density, Cholesterol, and Vitamin D. Participants may also talk with a Breast Health Educator and a dietician. Holistic classes now available to community members
If you do NOT have a cancer connection, but are interested in learning new tools to help you enhance your health and quality of life, The Center for Body, Mind & Spirit is now offering a limited selection of programs to the general community for a fee. Please call 324-0480 to register. Payment may be made at the class.
Introduction to Meditation
Meditation is a simple, effective way to relax and reduce stress through breathing techniques and imagery. This one-hour class will introduce you to the basics of meditation and allow you to experience, firsthand, peace of mind and relief from anxiety. You will be able to take the skills you learn and apply them to reduce stress in your daily life. Materials will be provided.
