Wonderful Night for a Moondance

It was a wonderful night for a Moondance at the BAYarts campus last Saturday evening as the Bay-based arts group celebrated its 75th year with its annual late-summer bash under September skies.

Funds raised at Moondance help support BAYarts’ year-round continued expansion, education programming, free community events and more, for generations to come.

Guest of honor was Lenny Strnad of Vivid Jewelers, longtime arts benefactor and BAYarts supporter. He is seen here with parents Barbara and Len and wife Audra.

“As we come together to commemorate BAYarts’ Diamond anniversary, who better to highlight Moondance than a man whose entire life has been dedicated to the diamond?” says BAYarts.

Also among the dignitaries was Tony Nasrallah and his team from Groundworks. Tony, along with his entourage and the hundreds who celebrated the evening, are the reason BAYarts exists as a vital creative resource within Huntington Reservation in the heart of Bay.
