On 01/03/2013, at 1756 hrs, BVPD responded to the 24000 block of East Oakland for an ongoing neighbor dispute. Mary Barringer (24433) called to report her neighbor, Gayle Fisher (24429), was throwing snow onto Barringer’s car that was parked in her driveway.
